How to Submit an IMT Service Request:

Submitting an IMT Service Request is a straightforward process that ensures you will receive the assistance you need in a timely manner. 

  1. Submit a Ticket: Select the "Submit Ticket" button. Here, you will find a form where you can provide essential details about your issue or request.

  2. Fill in Request Details: Provide accurate and detailed information about the problem you're facing or the assistance you require. The more information you provide, the better equipped our support team will be to assist you effectively.

  3. Attach Relevant Files: If applicable, you can attach screenshots, log files, or other relevant documents that might help our support team understand your situation better.

  4. Submit the Request: After double-checking your details, submit the request. You'll receive a confirmation message with a ticket number for your reference.

  5. Monitor Progress: You can track the progress of your request by logging into the IMT Service portal.
