To replace a lost or damaged ID badge, please visit one of the following locations:

If your ID badge is damaged, please bring the damaged card with you.
If your ID badge is lost, or you are unable to return the damaged card, there is a $7.50 replacement fee, payable by credit card, for the reissued badge.
