Please fill out and send the attached "National Student Clearinghouse Consent Form" to verifydegree@upstate.edu. Your degree will be verified, and your education records updated in the system. Following this, the HR Compensation Division will review your degree to determine your eligibility for a salary review.
Please fill out the "National Student Clearinghouse Consent Form" and then submit it to HR as an attachment using the "Degree Verification Request" button at right.
