For non-nursing degrees, please fill out the "National Student Clearinghouse Consent Form" and then submit it to HR as an attachment using the "Degree Verification Request" button at right.
Please fill out and send the attached "National Student Clearinghouse Consent Form" to NRECRUIT@upstate.edu. Your degree will be verified, and your education records updated in the system. Following this, the HR Compensation Division will review your degree to determine your eligibility for a salary review.
