Instructions
In your credentials letter, you can click on “application status portal” to access your network credentials
Applicant Account credentials should be available to be seen as shown below. Click “here” to reset your password. You can also click “here” in the credential email to reset your password.
You can log in by using your username WITHOUT the @upstate.edu, and the account password seen on your credentials which is Upstate! plus the last 4 digits of your student PIDM plus your birth year. DO NOT SELECT FIRST TIME LOGIN
Once you are logged in, it will ask you to create 3 security questions in case you ever need to reset your password.
Conclusion
Successful reset of default password and establishment of security questions.
